| Nomination Process: |
Nominations are made by self-nomination. Eligible individuals must submit a self-nomination form. Nomination forms will be shared with all stakeholders 30 days prior to the election. They can also be found by clicking here. Nominations will accepted from April 15th at 7:15 AM through May 1st at 1:00 PM. *Nominations may be submitted by mail, fax, or in person at the main office. |
| Election Process: |
Voting Date: Saturday, May 16th at 11:00 AM (Following the Annual General Meeting at 10:00 AM with candidate introductions.) Voting Method: Paper ballots can be mailed or dropped off at the TCIS School Office starting May 7th at 7:15 AM through May 15th at 1:00 PM. All stakeholders may also vote in person on election day. Voting is to be conducted in the presence of the judges. Eligible Voters: All citizens of the school community; i.e. staff, parents, and guardians of students who are enrolled at TCIS. |
