2nd Grade Website

Second grade is exciting because students are practicing all of the information they learned in first grade and strengthening those essential life skills! Second grade students are mastering reading fluency and comprehension. Students are learning about two-digit addition and subtraction and word problems. Some academic highlights are: a big animal project, Super Science Day, and a trip to The Works Museum. Things to work on at home daily with second grade students include reading as often as possible and practicing basic math facts. We are looking forward to a great school year!
