Innovation Academy

Welcome to the Innovation Academy at TCIS

The Innovation Academy is a specialized, hands-on STEM program within Twin Cities International Schools designed for students in 6th through 8th grade who thrive outside traditional learning environments. Our curriculum empowers futures through experiential learning, fostering critical thinking and real-world problem-solving skills. While students maintain a strong core academic foundation in math, ELA, science, and social studies, they also engage in two STEM courses every day. These diverse offerings include immersive projects in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Aerospace, and Biomedical), Robotics, Coding, and Cybersecurity. By providing a supportive community with small class sizes and personalized attention, we ensure every student is prepared for seamless STEM pathways in high school and beyond.
